Helen Smeh is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, Reiki Master (Usui Method), and, Reflexologist. 

  Helen's study of Energy Medicine began over 15 years ago with Reiki.  She has been a Reiki Master since 1992.  She studied and completed the Usui Method with Donalda Loucks in her home town of Mississauga, Ontario.  She has also completed Karuna Reiki- Levels 1 and 2.

She has also been studying Shamanism for the past 7 years, alongside a Native Elder as well as through coursework from the Federation for Shamanic Studies.  She has also completed courses with the Sixth Sun Foundation in Toltec Shamanism.

She studied Reflexology with the Reflexology Association of Canada over 12 years ago.  Since then, she has used the knowledge and techniques gained on many occasions to assist people in attaining optimal health. She has had excellent results with people who have circulatory problems.

Her 15 years in the healing arts has culminated in her undertaking the study of BodyTalk with the International BodyTalk Association.  She started as a patient, and after her own health improvements, went on to embrace BodyTalk and become a Practitioner.  She has continually added to her knowledge through advanced studies in Bodytalk, including taking Traditional Chinese Medicine for Bodytalkers.  She loves this healing system as it helps her clients to reclaim their health and zest for life!
